I have a quirky sense of humor, and love the show "The Office." The boss, Michael Scott, leaves much to be desired of a leader. I don't think he could ever allow himself to think of servant leadership. He is the type of leader that wants and thrives off of POWER. I just love his staffs' way of stearing the ship off course. Enjoy the laugh!

I love this clip! Satire is good for the soul. It brings out the target and shows what real leadership should be, not the hokey, self-centered style many try to use today. Great job!
